At The Good Shepherd Property Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality lawn care and property maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • If the service was not performed as agreed or was not completed satisfactorily.

  • If a scheduling error or service issue occurs due to our fault.

  • If a cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled month of service.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the service was completed as agreed and to industry standards.

  • If a client changes their mind after the service has been performed.

  • If cancellation occurs within 29 days of the scheduled service.

  • If the issue arises from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, property damage unrelated to our service).

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer service contact form.

  • We will review the request and respond within 7 days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 days.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
